Returns & Exchanges

All sales are final, we do not accept returns unless the item was damaged in transit.

Exchanges must be returned within 14 days of purchase and customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with the exchange. If you would like to initiate an exchange, please email us at borcikjewelry@gmail.com to begin.

Because each piece is made with love and we work really hard to make sure it's portrayed correctly in photos with natural light and minimal editing, we will address any issue you may have the best way we can. If there is any problem with your order we are more than happy to work through that with you. We are really nice, and love our customers ♡

• Customers are responsible for ALL shipping fees. ALL shipping fees are non-refundable.
• Borcik Jewelry recommends you ship your package with insurance and use a trackable shipping method.
• Exchanges are processed within ten (10) business days after receipt of package.
• All sales are final on international / Canadian orders. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages on international or domestic orders. We do not refund or accept exchanges on international / Canadian orders and all custom fees are the responsibility of the recipient.
